Deep microneedling

Has anyone had this done and what were the results like? Im looking for on the arms, face possibly, I have heard its really painful though which I don’t like the sound of.

No deep micro needling should be done on the face. Deep is for scars on the body.
I've had it done on my body and have my own pen now and it's not sore. It feels like sunburn afterwards for a few hours but that the worst of it.
