After a nice black mid-length waisted rain jacket

Similar to Barbour Piper but without the gold blingy bits. Bum covering but not full length. Not too thick but not just a sheet of thin plastic. Does such a garment exist?

Doesn't have to be a rain jacket per se, just something summer weight, showerproof :)
