Eyebrow tinting help

ChunkyMunck · 23/03/2025 14:54

I’ve always tinted my own eyebrows using dybrow tinting kit but since they’ve changed the activator drops to a cream it doesn’t seem to do anything!

So frustrating as it used to work perfectly.

If I added more developer cream than activator would that help?

Or can anyone recommend an alternative?

I use refectocil dye and the activator (cream version but it is drops) as recommended to me on here years ago.

Totally agree @ChunkyMunck The cream is rubbish and doesn’t dye my brows either. The drops were much better…so I’m also interested to see what others recommend.

But a men's beard dye instead.

I use Just for Men 'moustache and beard'. I am fair but with fairly dark lashes and use the 'medium brown' shade. Works a treat!

I wondered this! I've had to apply a lot more and leave it on for longer in order to dye the lighter ones. That does make them very dark though.

I have found the same thing! I still have lots of drops left from past packets but am now running out. The new formulation just doesn’t work.
