Not sure if this is the right topic for it but for the last few months I’ve had this really wrinkly patch on my forearm. I’m only 32 and not getting wrinkles especially anywhere else. Any ideas how to get rid of it? I’ve been trying bio oil but nothing seems to have changed.

Have you consulted your GP? It's really unusual for a patch of skin to suddenly change texture for no reason. It almost looks like stretchmarks (the deep ones, once the colour has faded).

It doesn’t bother me in any way, it’s never been itchy or sore. It is like stretch marks you’re right but I’ve never gained or lost much weight.

See a dermatologist.

It looks more like loss of underlying muscle mass to me.

I would go to the GP if I was you , might be mid dermal elastolisys
