Has anyone bought from the Outnet?

As a present to myself, I’ve ordered a bag from the outbet. Not super expensive (£200) but a lot for me. I ordered last Tuesday and it is still being processed. I’ve since googled for reviews and they are terrible - lots complaining of waiting weeks/months, bad customer service, no refunds etc. I emailed and asked them to cancel the order as it hasn’t dispatched and I wanted it for next weekend. They have refused as it is being processed. Do I have any rights here? Has anyone else used them and had bad (or good) services?

Bought a coat at Christmas, delivery was slow but I ordered 2 sizes and refunded one without issue.

Oh dear - how annoying! I haven’t bought anything more recently than about two years ago but the service has always been good, and delivery prompt.

You probably can’t prevent delivery at this stage - assuming it does eventually arrive - but you can obviously return the item in the usual way once it arrives. (I don’t know if they have anything in their small print about how late a dispatch would have to be to make the transaction null and void - but it’s sure to be weeks and weeks if so. You could have a look.)

I've used the outnet loads albeit not for a while and always fine. Orders often come from Europe so they take a bit longer than ASOS for example. We're too used to immediate orders! Returns always been fine too.

They refunded me. I’m a bit gutted as I wanted the bag but I didn’t want to wait forever

I use them all the time, they are fine don't worry

I use them loads and they are generally great. Some stuff comes from Europe and takes longer. I currently have something in transit that is taking ages though, so wonder if they are under pressure for some reason atm.

Ordered lots and not had an issue. Delivery is slow because the warehouse is in Italy.

I’ve never had issues either.
