Currently trying the Dr Dent (from Amazon) and honestly not that great, think it's cause they're natural ingredients.

Going to USA end of next month so will pick up some Crest 3d White then, but in the meantime, what is the best I can get here in the UK which contains peroxide?

I don't think you can get decent ones in the UK ones to be honest. I used to buy the ones you mentioned on eBay but I don't know if that's still possible, it was about 6 years ago.
