Work wear suggestions

Hi, I’m looking for ideas of work wear, including shoes please.
I’m in my 50s and after many many years working as a nurse wearing a uniform, I’ll be working non-clinically in an office.
im looking for smart/casual outfits, low/flat heels. Nothing too flamboyant!
im a size 14-16.
Suggestions much appreciated!
