High Rise or tankini?

I'm going on holiday after Easter. I need to find swimwear. I'm 5ft2" and somewhere between 12&14. I've got a c-section pouch which I want to constrain while at the beach. I do like a 2 piece but wondering at 46 whether I should suck it up and go for a one piece. The choice is mind boggling! Any suggestions?

I like tankinis - the coverage of a one-piece but easier for the toilet!

I live the Boden bikini bottoms that have a fold over so you can wear them high if you like. I also have the c section pouch/ scar you can mix and match the tops
