Ive had a difficult few years with work stress and some health issues and although im relatively young (early 30s), all of a sudden I feel like I look absolutely dreadful ☹️
I try and sleep enough and do some exercise but my diet could definitely be better. Where do I start?

Drink more water... boring but true!

Try to drink more water / replace other drinks with water and have less alcohol and caffeine.

Try to sleep more, or get better quality sleep (no screens before bed).

Be kind to yourself. Do the things you already do / like to do that are good for you and make you feel good more often.

More water and reduce processed foods. Have some products that you know work, I love Liz Earle’s hydrating mask and look so much better when I’ve used it.

Water, tret and sunscreen - for skin
bleach your teeth - makes you look younger / fresher
get your eyebrows and eyelashes tinted (no tattooing or anything weird / scary) - frame the face
cut down alcohol and sugar - for everything

Face yoga also helps

I'm a similar age and have also been through similar. Two things I think have made the most difference are 1. Replacing too much coffee with two cups of green tea per day and 2. Wearing a bb or Cc cream.
