MAC makeup discontinued- alternative help?

A long time ago (in a galaxy far far away) I treated myself to expensive make up , a MAC Chromaline eyeliner in Cyan.
Everything about it was wonderful- waterproof, creaseproof and most importantly the absolute pop of colour.

Now it seems I've been waiting for months (years?) for it to come back in stock (all other colours are there, just not the cyan) and I'm accepting that it really is discontinued. The customer services never seem to reply to chat, can anyone help me find an alternative in exactly the same colour?

I don't even know where to start...

Thanks @WrinklesShminkles , that's the right colour and pigmentation, but I also want it to be a cream so I can apply it with a brush, as an eyeshadow, not just a liner.
