Long haul outfit

Hi there
Travelling to Delhi next week and usually wear comfy but not very stylish outfit but wanted to wear something a bit more than a tracksuit. What would you suggest?

I'd go for comfy jersey trousers with a loose top and a cardigan, you'll need warm socks, slippers that you can change into. John Lewis have some nice loungewear.

Layers. Vest top or t shirt, shirt, cardigan or hoodie, comfortable soft bottoms (yoga pants) socks and trainers. Large soft scarf.

I was in Delhi a week ago, the weather is perfect (although very smoggy). I wore jersey joggers, soft sports bra, white t-shirt, thin long sleeve, a light scarf and a jumper. Wore trainers on my feet and had the plastic birkies in my bag. The sports bra and trainers can be worn for gym, scarf for extra warmth or modesty (if going to temples) and saves your clothes if you spill anything
