My trusty everyday bag is not long for this world and needs replacing. I am deeply unstylish and I have no idea what's in at the mo. My clothing is usually just plain trousers or leggings, converse, plain tee so nothing very 'cool', but I do like my bags to be a bit interesting and don't do matchy-matchy with accessories. Current bag is a bright yellow soft leather backpack which goes with nothing else but I love it.
I've checked all the typical high street places eg Next, Etsy, Oliver Bonas, also Wanderers, which come the closest to what I'm after but not quite hitting the spot for the price. Also looked at Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, but not seen much that sparked my interest. Can anyone point me in the direction of more quirky/ unique offbeat places to try please?
Ideally I'd like genuine leather, under £200 if possible, but in an unusual colour (not standard brown or black). I prefer soft and unstructured but with plenty of internal zips and storage and a secure closure that's more than just a little press stud. Preferably in a sort of slouchy hobo style, either crossbody or shoulder, a bit boho and casual looking rather than stiff, smart or 'professional' looking. I need to fit in bulky things like books, laptop, lunchbox, water bottle but the oversize type are just too massive.
Thanks!
