Foundation similar to No7 Essentially Natural

I'm coming towards the end of my second tube of this and just wondering if there's a better alternative before I buy another?

I'm pale (Calico shade) and even sometimes that looks a bit orangey against my neck if I'm not careful.

I like a medium coverage- my skin is going through a bit of a spotty/almost rosacea type rosy cheeks situation at the moment. I use highlighter and like a 'dewy' ish finish. Not too "done" just something to even me out. I mix with a bit of ELDW for events.

I've tried hydraluminous and it's nice in the summer but not at this time of year for me.
Open to other brands but similar price point please as I'm on a temporary tight budget!

One of the boots shades is my perfect match so I tend to stick with them. Like you, hydraluminous in the summer. In the winter I tend to use the stay perfect foundation, it gives a bit more coverage than the hydraluminous.

Thanks @PotatoBreadForTheWin I'll have a look at stay perfect- I've got a feeling the beauty counter woman tried that on me last time and I didn't like it but she didn't blend it very well either 😬
I wondered about a BB/CC cream but I'm not sure if there'd be quite enough coverage.
