Can lowlights be washed out

I’ve had caramel highlights in my highlighted blonde hair. Can I wash these out? I don’t like them. I’m mousy blonde natural hair colour.

Only if the stylist used a semi-permanent dye, but usually it would be permanent. You'll have to check what was used. They might fade over time, but call the salon/stylist and ask.

i think it’s Permanant. It’s caramel so just keeps getting more orangery as time goes on!

A silver or blue shampoo/conditioner should help to tone down the orange.

If this is happening, then I would call them up and ask them to fix it. This should not be happening and you may need to have a toner put on to combat the brassy tones.
