Levis - quick question

Having a nosey on Vinted and noticed on the back of the jeans (as on photo attached) it tells you the waist and length measurements. Is this a Levis thing? Don't know if I'd want people reading my waist measurement!

They don’t. Or at least they don’t on the styles I have. It says W and L but there’s no number next to either, just a blank space.

Yes it is. You can always take the label off or scratch the size off if you think anyone is looking that closely or cares.

I think my DH's Levi's all have the size stamped on them but I have a couple of pairs of Levi's shorts - one has a size, one doesn't. So it's a bit random.

Must of my jeans are Levi’s and none say my waist/leg on the back - it’s blank.

Thanks all. And yes you're right about people not being that close up to my bum to see the label 🤣 just thought it was a bit odd! Was reading how classic 501s are so was having a look on Vinted.

I remember when I was young many decades ago they had the details on the patch but all my recent purchases don't

If they’re women's 501s, including the variants like the cropped 501s or 90s, and purchased recently I think they’re unlikely to have the size on them. If they’re men’s and/or properly vintage then more likely it’ll have them.
