Help me find this cropped boucle jacket

I found the jacket of my dreams on New Look but it is sold out in my size 6 😫.

I like the collar, simple style, discreet buttons and texture and the fact is it cropped. I have been looking for something to wear over my long jersey dresses which is more structured than a cardigan or boxy shacket in a neutral colour black or cream.

Rather than wander the rest of time stalking New Look, does anyone know where I can find a similar jacket?

Whistles. Not bouclé and a bit pricier but otherwise fits the bill.

They've been doing them for years. I have a black and a navy from pre Covid; perhaps not heavily worn, but worn regularly and still look good

Mango has the kind of jacket you're looking for.

I have one from 1995 but I'm not parting with it sorry 😂

Although not quite the boucle jacket sub, Whistles has a Navy colourless jersey jacket (second link) which I have been looking for.

Mango has a good substitute for the boucle jacket but it is sold out in my size 😭

River Island tend to sell a lot of boucle, also look on Vinted.

If you’re a size 6 in New Look you might find Whistles, M&S etc too big.

I have a couple of cropped collarless jackets from Zara and Mango. They’re a good place to look and their XS is similar to a NL 6.

Uniqlo have got some like this. I have one in cream.

I searched Mango, Whistles, Zara, Uniqlo and Vinted and had quite a few contenders.

In the end, I found this Zara boxy textured jacket on Vinted for a great price and bought it:
