My friend is going to a late Spring wedding in the UK. The dress code is mourning suits for the men, so I guess seriously formal. My friend is a petite (skinny) size 8, maybe 5 ft 7, so not short with it. Very flat chested, brunette. Suits bright jewel colours, halternecks, and like jumpsuits but is open to dresses too. Green is a preference. She looks great is a bright berry pink too. Brands she likes and wears: Anthropologie, Cos, Whistles, Me&Em. She suits structure in clothes. Nothing too flowy. I can imagine her wearing Breakfast at Tiffany's type silhouettes. Any ideas on where she could look for options?
