Wrinkly skin under one eye help me!

Can anyone suggest anything to help. The skin under one eye is puffy and wrinkly. This happened after a stye and eye infection last summer. Warm compress does nothing. I almost wouldn’t mind if my other eye was at least the same 😳.

I keep thinking no one will notice it but it is annoying me plus DS7 keeps pointing it out 🙄. Help a girl out do I have any options?

I had this but it turned out it was still inflammation from my eye infection (it took about a year to sort out in the end) which was making the eye look swollen and wrinkled.

I have this, after an allergic reaction to some retinal eye cream. I still have the red patches at the moment too. Am hoping once it heals properly it goes back to normal.
