Keep seeing them advertised. Any thoughts? The seem to some kind of wonder pill. But appear expensive. Are there some brands I should be going for/avoiding? Is it just another vitamin scam?

Yep, I can vouch for Healthspan Formulas too, think they've changed their name to Longevity Formulas now. But I absolutely love their stuff, wouldn't go without it now. I'm sure my hair and nails grow quicker and thicker when taking it too? Not complaining! 😁
