Forgot returns form

I'm an ejit. I sent a parcel back to schuh today with some expensive trainers and forgot to put the return label in with it.

Just scanned the QR code, scanned it and handed over £140.

Anyone know if I've got any chance of getting my refund?

No experience of this but if this happened to me I would take a photo of / attach the returns firm to an email and send it with the subject header 'urgent - returns form not included in return for order xxxxxx' to their customer service email address. (Or some companies have a separate returns email too - in which case do both)

And I'd call just for back up but maybe that's just me!

Explain what had happened in the email and ask for confirmation that you'll receive the refund.

I am no retail expert but this must happen sometimes and I would have thought even without doing this you would still get it.

How did you get the QR code? Did you do an online return and that then generated the code? If so, I expect that it is linked to your return.
