Trainers and dresses

I bought a new pair of trainers today, the first in years.

I’d quite like to wear them in summer with dresses. Or with skinny jeans (I refuse to wear any other style, I don’t think any are flattering on me).

However I have zero sense of style and don’t know if these would look good. Any tips welcome!

I'm not really sure to be honest. I think trainers still work with dresses, but you need the right ones. These don't look very on trend, sorry.

Usually plain white trainers work well with summer dresses/skirts. I have a pair of white Lacoste and love wearing them with maxi skirts
