Really smooth lined underwired t-shirt bra?

Am seeking a lightly padded, underwired, properly invisible bra!
Am almost bloody flat chested now, 32 or 34a. Need a bit of oomph, bit of help so they don't disappear under my armpits and don't want to see them under thin knits or t-shirts! Does this exist?! Please help I'm so fed up with lines!
