Post Partum Loungewear

Due a baby soon and hoping to treat myself to some comfy loungewear for after the baby comes. For in the hospital and then home.

Ideally would like it to be semi-smart (ie not look like pyjamas) in case we go for a walk, loose / easily breastfeeding accessible and good quality.

M&S had some nice looking stuff but the reviews weren't great. Lovall also have some - does anyone have their sets?

Thank you!

I had some black pyjamas from Seraphine maternity which I wore in hospital and am still wearing three years on as they are so comfortable. The bottoms look like yoga pants so I have been known to wear them out and about...

@ParksidePen and not too big round the waist? I've got some nice maternity stuff but hardly any with a drawstring so worrying they will be made redundant!

Not cheap - at all - but lovely, and designed for use before and after birth:

My daughter loved this set:

@LemonBitter - they did eventually get baggier. Unfortunately I now seem to weigh more than I did post partum so they're quite happily staying up now!

I just bought a Lovall sweatshirt, it arrived today and it is perfect. Stylish, soft and snuggly inside, the right amount of oversized. Just brilliant! Going to order the matching joggers now...

I had some harem trousers from Boden that I found really good and soft over the shrinking bump. I tucked in a cotton button-down shirt for bfing (with a stretchy low cut vest underneath, which I could pull down).

I also had some Seraphine leggings which were fine around the waist after, and wore them either with nightshirt or shirt dress (depending on whether attempting to go out or not).
