Collagen

Up til now, I've been really lucky, I've been fairly free of facial wrinkles (think it's genetic, my mum has beautiful skin), despite being late 50s. However I've had a really rough 6-9 months, and that is no longer true. A friend has recommended I look at taking collagen - could any of you let me know if you do, and if it has been useful, what collagen do you take?

I take holland and barrett bovine collagen. I wouldn't say it has eradicated wrinkles but seems to have stalled further ones. It has made my hair thicker and helped muscle strength.

Thank you, I'll give that one a try. To be honest, it's not just about the wrinkles. I've had a fairly rough couple of years, haven't looked after myself because I've spent all my time firefighting, as a result feel and look tired and older than I am. Fingers crossed I'm coming out of that period now, and want to focus on improving my overall health
