Lashes!

I love the look of false lashes but I'm terrible and they take me forever. I don't want the semi permanent ones because my own lashes are feeble and can't take the risk.
Does anyone know about party lashes? For special nights out? How long do they last? If I got them on a Thursday after work, would they be Nice for Friday night?
Any other suggestions? I'd love nice eyes!

UK Lash serum works like magic. Takes a few weeks though.

Thanks @Lucia573 but it gave me itchy eyes. I'm a bit sensitive round the eyes and that's why I was hoping the party lashes would be great just for maybe one weekend a month. The rest of the time.i don't even wear mascara. Just eye liner.

Use Ardell press ons

They are pre-glued, so no faffing with separate glue, and they go under your normal lashes so people can't see them

They are in little clusters of different lengths so you can use exactly what suits you

I’ve ordered magnetic ones that keep being forced on me on social media.

Hi, can you tell me more about these are they easy to get into place? Despite working with my hands all day, my fingers don't get in close enough to the lash root when doing the glue lashes. So I look terrible. Is this different?

I've thought about this too. A friend didn't like them much though

Try them. I use Tatti lashes pre glued clusters and they're great. You get tweezer looking things to apply them with

Were they the magnetic ones with magnetic eye liner? My friend loved hers until she ran out of the liner. The ones I’ve ordered go on with no liner or glue.

Was literally going to say this. I have lovely long natural lashes which were originally just stubby and sparse. It does take several weeks before you notice a difference but the serum lasts a long time. Bought mine at the beginning of December and it's still going strong. I use it daily but only on my upper lashes. If you put it on lower lashes too you end up looking like Betty Boop!

Just the thread I need.

I'm looking for advice too. My eyesight is shit so I'm interested in the preglued ones too.

There are so many types of lashes I'm overwhelmed 😩

Errorcreatingusername · 23/02/2025 21:20

I’m allergic to lash glue so I thought the tiny lash life was my destiny until I tried magnetic ones (the ones that you press on with the clip gadget not the liner). I can’t say they are totally fab but they look ok and they defo stay put and don’t budge. Defo ok for day to day wear

MindfulAndDemure · 23/02/2025 21:27

Look in to getting LVL done. Lasts weeks and makes such a difference without looking false.
