Ladies with oily skin susceptible to panda eyes...best waterproof mascara??

I've been having some problems with mascara lately, I've considered just not wearing it because I've bought 6 different ones that claim to be waterproof in the space of a few months only to find out on first use that they definitely are not, by the end of the day im sporting a full panda eye. Ladies with oily/combination skin...which waterproof mascaras have you found that actually live up to their claim?

Maybelline sky high doesn't shift.

No 7 is my favourite its the only one I buy , no smudges ever, its been worn to a couple of funerals, lots of tears but no smudges.

I find that applying pressed powder first means my mascara never smudges meaning I can use whatever mascara I want

I realised its residue of moisturiser or foundation on my eyelashes that lets the mascara smudge not the mascara itself

Clinique lash power if you want a tubing one - it's excellent, my go-to for 20 years. I wear the brown these days though as the onyx is a little harsh as I get older.
My amazing best friend bought me a Bobby Brown waterproof mascara for my mum's funeral, (I knew hot tears would shift the lash power) and it's truly waterproof, very nice to apply but as it should be, tricky to remove easily.

Another vote for Clinique Lash Power, it lasts from morning until night for me and then washes off easily with water and cotton wool.
I wear the Dark Chocolate shade.

This - I've tried more expensive ones but as Queen of panda eyes this is an absolute game changer
