I’ll be in Paris next week and a few people have said it’s worth sticking up on skin care in the pharmacies. Any top tips for particular items?

Homeoplasmine, the best lip balm I’ve ever had.

All the usual French skincare was a lot cheaper I’ve found as well like Avene, Caudalie, Klorane hair stuff et al.

Look for the parapharmacies; these will focus on the skincare more, as opposed to the pharmacies. The ones attached to the supermarkets tend to be cheaper, or the City Pharma chain.

Nuxe oil is the thing i buy most of. Their new 'or' oil prodigeuse in the pink is gorgeous; gives my skin a lovely glow. The gold 'or' oil is the only thing I use for summer makeup, as highlighter for face and body.

I also like Embryolisse. The great thing about the parapharmacies is that they sell products in larger sizes like 500ml or even a litre, plus refill pouches. I have a 500ml of Embryolisse lait which can be used for face or body.
