Dark circles coming on?!

I have started getting dark circles under my eyes, I drink loads of water, go to the gym, eat healthy etc etc but these run in my family and mine are starting.

Is there genuinely anything that fades them? I've found an eye cream but I've never really used face creams just makeup so I have no idea what to get.

There are different kinds of dark circles, if you are Asian or have darker skin it could be pigmentation for example. If you are pale skinned it could be collagen loss, volume loss, low iron or any combination of these.

I'm 42 and have had them since my late 30s. Monderma is good for prescriptions creams like tretinoin which fade them. I'm not sure over-the-counter ingredients are strong enough.

Having enough water and enough sleep is must. Other than that, you may follow a skincare routine like me which will help:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face,
Sebamed clear face gel,
la roche posay spf
Evening:
la roche posay moisturizer,
Tretinoin (0.1) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel
