Boob coverage/lift to wear with backless, halter neck dress - DD 15 years with generous bosom

Hi all. So my DD has found a dress that looks lovely on her for an event later this year. The dressis halterneck and backless. The material is not see through per se but not ‘strong’ enough to hold her bosom in place. She has DD size. I have been looking at various ‘solutions’ one looking more magical than the other but I doubt they work. Any reliable suggestions out there? She needs something that gives a bit of lift, holds in place and covers the nipples. I looked at
these stickers and also this from Ann Summers. Grateful for tips

i used to use some tape for those dresses but my boobs were fairly pert despite being big then. Not so much now 😭

Perky Pear.

I'm a 32D but my SIL is a 34F/G - we both only wear these when we can't wear bras!

I would also recommend Perky Pear. Wore for 14hours for my own wedding and still needed to soak them off in a bath. Extremely sturdy, actually v tricky to remove.
