I need something comfortable for sightseeing/walking that will dry out quickly after heavy rain. I don’t get on with Jelly sandals. I have narrow feet so don’t often find sliders or Birkenstock style sandals comfortable. Any suggestions very welcome TIA

Mesh upper Sketchers or similar.

Or go to an outdoors shop, eg Cotswold, and buy pretty much any of their walking sandals.

I have some black sketchers sandals that I can swim in, walk miles in and they still look ok with dresses for a night out.

I would wear whatever you usually feel comfortable in. I used to live in Singapore and when it does rain, it rains heavily but only for a short time (generally) so you wouldn’t likely be walking around in it then anyway.

I generally had good quality leather sandals like Gabor or Jones.

How about some Teva sandals like these? They’re quick drying and super comfy but not completely frumpsville. I have some and thought they’d rub and be a bit boring but actually I love them!

I used to live in Hong Kong and when it was typhoon season I’d either wear Melissa Vivienne Westwood rubber court shoes (for work) or just rubber flip flops.
