I’m currently on WLI and going great guns (lost just over 4 stone so far), but don’t want to invest in new ‘good’ clothes yet, as still a good way to go.
I decided I needed a treat and found myself in Rituals. I bought some cleansing powder stuff that made my skin feel really nice. I also made free with the hand cream tester whilst I was at the till, which also seemed good.
What do people think of their products? I’m normally a cheap and cheerful face cream type person, but wondered if I should push the boat out.
I’m ancient and wrinkly by the way

I love Rituals! The rose shampoo is a favourite of mine. I don't need to use conditioner at all as it's so rich and it leaves my hair smelling wonderful.
I use their hand creams too.

I might have to give that a go next, apparently if I buy something else I’ll get a free foaming shower gel (not getting sucked in at all, no siree 😁)

They use a lot of natural products too, and no sodium laurel sulphate.
So it's good for you. 😉
As well as smelling divine.

I think it’s just me and you sharing the love @BaronessBomburst , but I think I’ll definitely be trying some more

It's Saturday night.
Maybe they'll be along in the morning.

Wow, that's incredible OP, congratulations 👏

I love Rituals and I have tried most of their products over the years. Personally I think the hand cream is really nice, non greasy and very moisturising. Would also really recommend the shower oils, scrubs and body creams which are all lovely too (Mehr and Sakura are my favourites)

I never particularly found their skincare range that exciting - maybe just because it's very expensive and I think there are better products out there for less than half the price.

Sadly I've had to stop buying Rituals since they hiked up their prices so much. They're just way too expensive now, even in the sale or as an occasional treat 😔

igivein · 16/02/2025 10:31

Thanks @itsnothingoriginal I'm still huge, which is why I don't want to buy new clothes as treats, and obviously expensive chocolate's out, so fancy toiletries fits the bill when I want to indulge myself.
What do you buy now rather than Rituals?

Rituals Sakura is my fav x hand cream and body lotion make skin so soft and smell amazing x

I'm in the same position but believe me you will feel 1 million times better if you go down a size or two. You don't have to spend a lot but your clothes would fit you a lot better after a four stone loss.

dorathexplorer · 16/02/2025 10:54

I love Rituals. Perhaps treat yourself to this which I am currently loving . Makes your skin feel wonderful.

I have bought new clothes @healthybychristmas , I've had to or there would have been some embarrassing incidents when my trousers fell down!
But I daydream about having a wardrobe full of expensive, but classic clothes in natural fibres, and me wafting about all slim and elegant...but back in the real world I'm in F&F and Tu for now 😂

I love Rituals. They’re my little occasional treat. I love the Ayurveda range. I use the Shower Foam, Hand Creams, Body Scrubs, and Shower Oils. I usually end up with some for Xmas and Birthdays, as people know I love it.

CherryMarigold · 16/02/2025 11:37

I love the hand balm. I had it as a freebie on the loyalty app and replaced it immediately.
The body scrubs are fantastic too. I buy most of mine from the outlet store, the Sakura body scrub was about £12 over Christmas and they have a triple pack of shower foams which works out a good deal.
I tried the cleansing balm in store which seemed lovely but I absolutely don't need it at the moment so I didn't buy it!

IPokeBadgers · 16/02/2025 17:10

I love Rituals but can only use the bath and bodycare....and i very much enjoy using them.

Any of the facial products have been too perfumed and my skin has not tolerated them well, so I avoid them.
