Chunky loafers help needed!

I’m looking for a pair like these Chunky loafers which are way out of my budget.

Can any S&Bers share any recs for similar but cheaper please? They don’t have to be brown but need to be chunky, not flat and I like the snaffle bit! Budget is about half this! TIA

this doesn't help but I have R&B loafers & the quality is great. They really do last.

Another one with R&B loafers who came to recommend them when I saw the title. Mine are very similar and 6 years old now. They are worn at least twice a week so do last.

Another with those R&B loafers. Quality is excellent and so comfy. Plus only loafers I’ve ever had that don’t slip off.

Thanks everyone, some brilliant alternative suggestions here that I’d never have known. I’m very grateful however seeing all the recs for the R&B ones has made me think twice.

I spent a fortune on long boots once and they lasted ages and I got so much wear out of them that they were worth every penny on the end. Now I’m thinking I may need to dig deep and aim for the dream loafers! Argh!! Thank you all so much for giving me great options.

Really if you like that sort of style you’re probably best keeping the actual

pinned to your screen. As pp says, they’re superb quality and often available very much reduced in the sales. Have a look!

I suggest Gabor.

I bought a pair of R&B loafers and they are so uncomfortable. Absolutely love their long boots but would avoid their loafers.
