PDO threads and microneedling

I usually have Botox for crows feet, frown lines and forehead. Speaking to a beautician about this and she advised that having PDO threads and then microneedling every 6 weeks for a few months would give a better and longer lasting result. I'm in 2 minds about this.

Has anyone had any of these treatments and have you noticed a difference?

No, but I’ve read so many posts saying thread lifts are expensive, don’t last long, and are not worth it, plus some say they’ve been left with lumpy areas, and the difference in appearance is very small. Microneedling seems to get favourable responses, but it won’t suit some with sensitive skins and there is risk of infection.
Of course your beautician is going to recommend it, but it will be expensive and time consuming by committing to a course of treatment. Might be better to save for a lower face and neck facelift.
