Dry scalp

My scalp is so dry and it's flaking all over my clothes! Also only really wear black....

Is there any recommendations that might help? It's not dandruff, it's just really dry.

I've had this for years and tried MANY products!

My hair isn't dandruff either, but the only product I've found that works is head and shoulders.

I slather my scalp in their conditioner for 5 mins and then wash it off after shampooing - its quite literally the only thing i've found that works.

Is it itchy? Could be a fungal infection. Might be worth using Nizoral.

I find T-Gel shampoo effective for this

I had this during the menopause - poor you, OP. Another vote for T-Gel.
