Help me decide between Gola or Adidas

I just can't decide... I'll wear them at the weekend and also in a relaxed office environment. I wear a lot of dresses, jeans and wide leg trousers.

Are they too trendy? Are they really only for indoors?

Golas are at least not as ubiquitous as Gazelles, but I’m not a mad fan of the metallics 😬 IMO there are nicer colours (like bone/white if you like neutrals). I’ve been pondering about those or the air/white Elans for a while.

Adidas are imo infinitely more comfortable than Gola, if that has any bearing.

Doesn’t it mean suitable for indoor courts, as in non-marking and non-slip on indoor surface? Not that you absolutely can’t wear them outdoors!

This is helpful! Comfort is key! I have a narrow flat foot. If shoes have no support I get painful feet that spasm and very sore calves. Neither are pleasant.

I need good arch support and have always worn Adidas, both for sport and casual.

I have some Gola's they are very, very pretty - cream & metallic pink, but really not very comfortable, especially around the toes...

I've got two pairs of Gola and they are so fucking uncomfortable they sit in their box unworn for months at a time. Sometimes I forget and then hobble myself for a day.

I would try them both on and buy the ones that are the most comfortable. I just can't wear shoes that hurt my feet.

Definitely go for the Adidas trainers. I have sambas, gazelles, campus and in various colours they are all so comfortable from first wear. I would recommend that you put the protective spray on suede ones though to stop them getting stains.

I find the Golas way more comfortable than Adidas. Love mine and walk miles in them and I need arch support.

I have a pair of both Gola and Adidas - IME the Adidas were a better buy as they’ve lasted years without fading or wearing too much, whereas the Gola’s look nicer but have faded really quickly. I find both equally comfortable and easy to wear in. Not sure if that helps!
