M&S new account discount voucher not adding

I opened a new M&S account as I can’t log into the old one for some reason.
There is a welcome offer of 10% off clothing, I finally found an item I would like to buy and use the code however it’s not adding when I want to pay?
Its a full price item (£80)not discounted and M&S item.
Anyone had similar problem and what to do?

Have you used the same email address as the old account. If so, it will recognise it and know you’re an existing customer.

Nope, brand new one, hence why I can’t workout why it doesn’t work.

The 10%off is in my Sparks offers available to use, however it won’t get added when I want to check out..

I added photo of it but in a review. I tried many times even from my phone, not adding…unless the item is not included but it’s just M&S collection jacket ( not any collaboration etc)

Some offers only come up after you add them to your sparks card by pressing the + on the top right of the offer.

Yes I had this the other day. I placed the order then called customer services the following day. They refunded me the difference.

I had a voucher not accepted recently because the items were not M&S own label.

I had the same problem so obviously an issue with their site. I think I used online chat or rang them before doing the order and they were really helpful and got it all sorted.

Thanks everyone, I went to my local M&S today and I got the item there, it worked in the store.
It wasn’t branded item @ChardonnaysBeastlyCat

Sorry, was just a suggestion.

I had problems with a voucher because of that.
