DD has a dress up day on Valentine’s Day at primary school. She really wants to wear a tutu but one that is soft and comfy without the net being directly against the skin. She has a gorgeous one from Boots mini club but it’s 18 months and she’s 4 now so getting a bit tight! Any recommendations? Budget - up to £20.
