where are your favourite dungarees from (not Lucy and Yak!)

I have a pair of soft dark denim dungarees I love - they fit really well are super comfortable and flattering (really!). I always get compliments on them. They're from Sea Salt (years ago). I want another pair - ideally in black/grey denim. If you have some you love, where are they from?

p.s. I have a pair of Lucy and Yak cord ones and I don't love them. The fit is a bit weird (they don't come up high enough, or cut me up the middle if I try to tie them higher, I don't like the tie fastening and I find them quite stiff. Plus they look/ make me feel like I'm wearing a baby-gro!)

I've made myself a few pairs (make most of my own clothes) but I've just ordered denim ones from Free People I've attached a picture. They appear to get good reviews

I'll second run and fly and jambaats! I wear both all the time there sooooo comfy, jambaats are slightly more fitted around the waist

Second this. Was lucky enough to get a pair in a sale and they're fab. I also have a denim pair from Fat Face that are about 8 or 9 years old now and still going strong. Ordered a pair from Lucy & Yak once to see what the fuss was about and they didn't fit me at all either!

Another who makes their own. The Beauty of doing so is that your clothes are made to measure and unique.

Oh gosh - I wish I could! But alas lack of time and being a complete numpty when it comes to anything involving that kind of fine manual dexterity means that's never going to happen.

@HippyKayYay I actually ordered them from an outlet on eBay so got them for £55, they're on their way so I will let you know about sizing and the fit when they arrive. The seller is called Fox Black and I think they have more for sale depending on your size? Similarly the full £89 is a bit more than I'd pay when I don't know what the fit and quality is like.

@HippyKayYay yes they arrived on Tuesday and I LOVE them! I ordered a small regular length, I'm just over 5'2" and wear a 10 in H&M clothing (though usually make all my own) I'll attach a picture to show the fit as I took one last night to send to my daughter. I know you can see my face but I'm not bothered

I got some black Boden ones from Vinted (I’ve had to pass on my old new look ones as they look awful on me post baby….way too fitted!!) . They fit lovely, very flattering and comfy. It was a lucky buy, I went for boden because I thought new look/topshop/zara ones may be on the smaller and more fitted side
