Has anyone ordered from Hacoo?

Did the items arrive and if so how long?

Was the stuff any good?

Yes and I was pleasantly surprised. My Dsis in law recommended it after I complimented her on the colour of her White Fox Hoodie. Dd has a lot of white fox and I couldn't tell the difference by looking, thickness etc yes, but not by sight in my opinion.

I have a rule that I don't spent what I can't afford to lose on apps like that, so I bought 50£ worth of stuff, a "North Face" jacket being part of the order, and was really impressed, again it doesn't feel real, but looks the part, it doesn't feel cheap and nasty either.

I ordered close to Christmas and I think it was about 10 -14 days delivery. Hope that helps.

Lucylucyx · 01/02/2025 08:50

Thank you. Ds wants to get his girlfriend a couple of white fox things.

I've said I'll order on my credit card and hope for the best.

Did you use any special links or just order what you could find on the app?

I have and was so surprised at the quality of the items id ordered (scarf, bag, top) One of the items sent was the wrong colour and they sent a new one out immediately and told me to keep the item. Shipping took a week or so.

MymateDave · 01/02/2025 09:06

Iv bought my son north face hoodies, adidas T-shirts and Nike joggers and they all look great. I wear Uggs from there and they are also good. Off to look at the white fox hoodies now...

Lucylucyx · 01/02/2025 09:15

@MymateDave did you use links or just order what you can find on the app?

That's the bit that confused me. Initially I couldn't find anything but now loads come up.

Am I right in thinking some brand names are blurred out but will be correct when they arrive?

I just had a good browse on the App OP, looked at photos and ratings and ordered what I liked the look of

user2848502016 · 01/02/2025 09:37

Yes, not for myself but for teen DD - a "white fox" hoodie and "north face" jacket. They are both actually good quality and they don't look like fakes either!

user2848502016 · 01/02/2025 09:38

Ps they do take a good couple of weeks to arrive but they give you tracking details

Yes that's right, they don't show photos of the brand labels so they can't get "done" for it 😂

delilabell · 01/02/2025 09:42

I really struggle to find specific things like nike joggers for my son. I don't know if I'm searching it wrong?

Haveyoubrushedyourteeth · 01/02/2025 10:03

I think from memory I needed a link from a user to unlock the named stuff. I also paid by PayPal so my card details weren't out there floating around. Unsure if PayPal still is actually safer, but using it always makes me feel better!

Gatekeeper · 01/02/2025 10:07

Is it flogging counterfeit stuff?

Yes I paid via Klarna in 30 days so I had the chance to return it if I didn't like it.

If a "brand" like this has an app I'd be cautious that you've just installed malware onto your phone. Temu, for example, is notorious for data mining via its app. Keep a close eye on your banking apps...

LemonRosemary · 01/02/2025 10:31

My friends is always banging on about hacoo.
I don't get the point in buying fake stuff, I'd rather buy unbranded if I can't afford the real thing. However she had a pair of slippers from there, that DD liked.
I downloaded the app to buy them but couldn't work out how to buy anything at all on there! I deleted it after clicking around for half an hour and getting nowhere.

It doesn't interest me personally but my son wants a few things.

Think his girlfriend buys stuff from there and it does seem ok for teens that want brands but don't have the budget.

I'm too scared of giving access to my phone to use these apps. All my banking stuff is on my phone and I've read people saying they've had keystroke software installed by them.

I'm a fraud investigator. I've investigated thousands upon thousands of fraud cases from customer cards & accounts and have never come a situation where a customer has been a victim of fraud via temu/hacoo etc App. I'm not saying it doesn't happen but it must be rare and this type of fraud would be refunded immediately

Perhaps not directly, but it's well documented that the Temu app extracts vastly more personal data from users' phones than it reasonably needs.

I feel the same and I’m not interested in obviously branded clothing anyway. However, my DC are very much into brands at the moment! And still growing so it doesn’t make sense to spend so much, although I’d forked out on a few White Fox hoodies before I discovered Hacoo.

My DC are now strolling around happily in Stussy/White Fox/Nike socks etc. and I really can’t see any difference between those and the real ones I’d bought, and I even got dragged into it and now have some lovely Adidas Spezials and Ray-Bans 😎😂

QuartzIlikeit · 17/05/2025 12:29

I use it a lot - all the branded bits are an exact match to the original. You have to go via links from people who work with hacoo. Facebook for 'hacoo links' & 'hacco pb links' are the best one I use. Once you follow them you can go to their telegram page or WhatsApp & get all the links for the brands you need.

I've spent about £600 on there since October & have been very pleased with everything I've got. But you must use the links they put out there - don't be tempted to search for branded stuff yourself.

I've also got a lot of non branded items & it's been good for them too.
