La Redoute?

Have seen a navy coat on sale on La Redoute - I’ve never bought from there before, how is the quality?

I often buy things from there, especially kids clothes. It’s always been good quality. Shipping can be a bit slow but apart from that, it’s a great place to shop.

I bought a navy wool coat from them and it's gorgeous, I still get compliments. Come to think of it I actually buy loads of things from La Redoute. They have great sales, but agree with PP shipping can sometimes be a little slow.
Have also returned stuff with no issues. 🙂

It’s actually hit and miss. Occasionally you’ll get a gem but a lot of it is cheaply made. You can return easily though so no harm trying it.

But they sell other brands too, some quite expensive.

When they were a warehouse catalogue company and part of Empire Stores l worked in their quality control department.
It was hit and miss with the quality of the fabric.

I bought from them without issue for years, but last year they sent me a pair of very obvious fake crocs. It was an absolute battle to get them to resolve the issue and so I’m really reluctant to buy from them again which is a shame.
