Steampod

Finally got round to using the Steampod I bought last year and love it, however it needs more water and the instructions say to use Demineralised.

I thought I could maybe use Evian but seems that’s not the same, anyone have one and just uses tap or do I have to buy some?

Thanks 😀

I just use distilled water. You can buy huge bottles for not very much.

I've only ever used tap water in mine but I don't live in a hard water area ...

Demineralised water comes from the dehumidifier and the tumble dryer if you have them. Evian is mineral water, so the opposite. Boiled water isn't demineralised

Interesting I shall try either of those next time

I use deionised water, couple of pounds from Tesco. Mine is about 3 years old and no issues.

Thanks to all who replied.

I’ll get some demineralised water next time I’m in Tesco - hadn’t actually even heard of it before.

I was tempted to use tap water today but didn’t want to risk it.
