Tret and peeling hyperpigmentation

I’ve been using tret for about a year and progressed to 0.025% A patch of what I think is hyperpigmentation or melasma has got darker and started itching and peeling off. Has anyone else experienced this, should I be concerned?!

This could be due to lots of reasons. It’s certainly a reason to discuss with your healthcare/skincare professional.

it could be PIH, UV exposure etc. It’s being triggered by something and a reason to be careful going forward when using tret
