Am fairly new to Vinted. Sold a bag, £30. Buyer said was an issue and wanted to return it. She then sent the wrong item and messaged me to tell me so I didn't collect it. It got returned to her. Vinted customer service beyond useless (robotic slow replies not answering the question) and now an automated reply saying she will get a refund. She now has item and refund. What do I do?? Any ideas... bit gutted as nice, expensive bag...
