I’ve had caramel lowlights in my blonde hair But my hair now looks really orangey. Is there anyway to wash them out or lighten them without bleach?

You need a toner or toning mask similar to this

www.amazon.co.uk/hair-toner-orange/s?k=hair+toner+for+orange+hair

Something with green in to neutralise the orange

You need blue shampoo. My hair was like yours after I had caramel toned highlights and blue shampoo helped. Search Fanola No Orange shampoo. Apply it like regular shampoo but let it sit on your hair for a few mins before rinsing off. Helps tone down the orange brass tones.

Would they be ok to use? They don’t cause any random other colours to appear? I know some toners can cause green or purple hair? My caramel is a tint, would it fade over time? Thanks

If you're nervous about the results of using a toner maybe try a purple shampoo or a just a toning mask first?
The osmo purple shampoo is the best I've tried.

Dear lord! Whatever you do DO NOT put ‘something with green in it’ as it will most certainly not neutralise the orange

Calm down! I actually meant blue (as per the products in the link)- most toning products for blonde hair will be blue/purple. Looking at the OPs hair id say it's more yellow than orange so I'd probably use a purple shampoo.
