How to get good legs for summer

Looking for tips on how to improve the condition of my legs for the summer. Not weight loss, it’s more skin texture and condition. They are bumpy/spotty and very dry. Any recommendations?

I feel like the only thing that ever helps is getting lots of sun on them but I don’t feel confident enough to get them out so vicious cycle.

As much as I abhor the people, very jealous of all of the Republican wives out today (in the freezing cold) showing off lovely legs!

Drink carrot juice or eat a ton of carrots. The second the sun is out, your legs are out.
Brush. Look online for dry brushing. Great for skin and great for circulation.
Exfoliate and moisturise. You can buy a special glove for that. You can also from time to time mix in a bowl extra virgin olive oil with honey and coarse salt, and massage leg. It will make bathtub very slippery and a pain to clean but so worth it.
Go to the swimming and walk/ run in the non swimming lanes. If they have a spa section, do the jets, or alternate sauna and cold plunge.

If they are bumpy and spotty it might be that you are using the wrong hair removal . Do you wax? shave? cream? Laser might be a good idea.

I’ve seen glycolic acid and urea cream recommended for this. Using the acid twice a week and the cream every day. I haven’t tried it though!

I use salycilic (sp) acid on my legs and upper arms twice a week in winter and three times in summer it keeps everything nice and smooth. Don't forget to pay attention to hooves as well 😉

or is it hoofs? 🤔

Thanks all - and not sure on hooves vs hoofs!?!

I've had laser but since pregnancy get some hair regrowth so shave maybe once a week too, although I find that actually helps. Think the bumps are ketosis pilaris (sp?) which I also get on my upper arms.

Will try these tips and on the carrots already!
