wedding hair as mother of the bride...with frizzy chemo hair!

I had chemo last summer for breast cancer, and my hair has grown back curly, making me look like my mother in the 1970's! this would be just about bearable, but my daughter is getting married in july, by which time my hair will be maximum of 3" long. does anyone know of a clever solution... my hair is so bouncy a wig just comes off.
I always had a bob before, so this is very new.

Oh, I bet it looks fab. I came to love my chemo curls. But that was primarily because my hairdresser was good. Lots of condition, and shine oils very little heat. She cut it in a very longish pixie, used heat lamps to dry it, and basically left it be,
I use sulphate free products.
