Saggy neck; best solution

I’m 56, and feel I’ve got to an age where I have to work on my body/ face to look reasonable.
My face is ok; I’ve just started having Baby Botox and Profhilo in the last couple of years.
However I hate my neck as I’ve got a lot of loose skin. I use creams and have recently started Profhilo on my neck. These have improved the texture of the skin but not the looseness.
I’m too frightened to have a neck lift. Does anyone have any ideas to tighten the skin?

There’s “ invisible” tape you can buy which pulls the loose skin back and fastens under your hair at the back!
Everything else will only make a small difference, unless your sagginess is mild. Apparently ultherapy is the only non surgical procedure that makes a real difference but I’ve seen too many bad reviews to risk it. Other procedures are time consuming, expensive, and the results don’t last long.
Only a neck lift will permanently remove excess skin, I’m afraid. I think I will get to the stage where I’m so fed up with it that I’ll have one.
