Where can I get style ideas?

Does anyone have any ideas on who I can follow for style ideas such as on Instagram etc?

After being very chubby all my life. I am now a svelte size 10 and need to sort out my wardrobe :-) I've never done fashion/style previously but now I look good in most things so I have been to get some lovely clothes!

I'm early 50's, colourings are blonde/green eyes.
My job is v smart office. Currently I'm wearing wide legged tailored trousers and slim fit woollen tops.

Out of work I wear jeans/sports leggings and sweatshirts as I'm racing around doing errands/chivving up 3 teenagers/exercising

I have barely any clothes as I have given ALL my larger 16-18 clothes to the charity shop.

Which style influencers that cater for my age that can I follow on social media to get some ideas?

Get the Vogue Runway app on your phone. And forget about ‘age’ if you want to be stylish - just concentrate on finding things that make you look and feel your best.

Link is to Plan C runway show - as an example:

Now and then I look on You tube and if you put a few relevant bits of information there are lots of people who do regular slots. Specifics include age style info eg casual clothes and that should help you. Same applies to google but I like You tube as people add their videos.

Newin.Style is another good website too, their edits of the high street make shopping much easier to navigate.
Totally agree about ignoring age and just going with what you like. There really are no rules when it comes to style, just have fun with it and go with what makes you feel good!

Slightly disappointed that the OP - with barely any clothes hasn’t returned to her thread …
