Please talk to me about pants

I'd like some pants with no VPL. I absolutely don't want a thong. All the other options (e.g., brazilian style) still seem to cut my bum cheeks in half to some extent. The shorts I've had all ride up and feel v uncomfortable, because the legs are always shorter than I want them.
Any thoughts? I'm willing to go reasonably expensive if they're good. Don't want polyester, etc. - ideally cotton/bamboo/modal - with lots of elastane, probably.

The stripe and stare pants are pretty good for no vpl. They're very soft. Spendy though, but often 20% off codes to be found.

I haven't used those shorts style ones above, but I second the Wirarpa brand from Amazon... Sounds like your usual Amazon crap dropshopped from china with an odd name lol, but my Wirarpa ones are absolutely my favourite pants now. I prefer them to Sloggi and they are cheaper too. Thanks to reading another thread with loads of mnetters saying how good they are. So soft and comfy and well cut.

I agree with the poster above, Stripe & Stare are an investment, but really comfortable and in the mid rise midi, no vpl at all!
