Ebay new selling rules is it time for a change?

New rules coming in soon with buyers paying a extra charge for more protection, I think this will put off some buyers, and sellers now will have to wait for their money until item is delivered, I have been selling on ebay for around 7 years, is there another selling place I should try, I don't have designer clothes mainly highstreet.

That sounds exactly how Vinted does it so I think they are trying to compete. I think I saw eBay are no longer charging a fee to sell either, like Vinted.

ebay don't care about private sellers - it's a small part of their business. I think there's a big opportunity for a business to 'do a vinted' and develop a decent marketplace for private sellers. Maybe vinted will expand in to other areas - their competition has certainly changed how ebay works but, as you say, not for the better in most regards.
